Loose inspection cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6031205.

Subsidence around the frame housing a two-piece inspection/manhole cover has caused the cover itself to become exposed to passing traffic, causing both a loud noise (v. unsocial in the middle of the night) as well as exacerbating the damage being done to the security of the cover housing/frame.
