Foliage so tall and wide blocking view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6029872.

The weeds/plants are so tall and wide that is it making it impossible to safely cross over the A3 slip road. Considered driving back down the B2215 in the wrong direction to avoid having to cross. You can’t see cars approaching to the left and the traffic is coming so quickly off the A3 that it’s quite scary crossing without the foliage obscuring it let alone with!
