Three-bar countdown marker still missing before A3/A272 exit (travelling northwards)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6025841.

Travelling north on the A3, the countdown marker with three bars before the slip road to the roundabout where the A272 goes under the A3 still appears to be either not visible or missing. The markers with both one and two bars are in place. This has been the case for some time.
