Overgrown vegetation on central reservation at junction

I cycled round this extremely dangerous (especially for cyclists) roundabout today following the A224 from Court Road Orpington to the Orpington by-pass towards Sevenoaks. Its dangerous enough at the best of times due to the speed of the cars relative to a push bike but the most dangerous bit is the cars coming off the M25 spur at a fair rate of knots and trying to ensure your own safety as you cross the front of them. It is now much more dangerous as cars cannot see you till the very last moment due to the now excessive height of the vegetation on the central reservation. It really is nerve wrecking and needs addressing ASAP. Thanks
