Vegetation obscuring view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6021743.

Vegetation growing on the triangle reservation as you get to the roundabout is obscuring the view of traffic joining the roundabout from Webland Lane. Particularly noticeable if you turning left to go across the A38 bridge. Drivers if they see the A385 is clear tend not to slow down to cross the roundabout to go across the bridge.

  • June 14th 2024 - the vegetation along the kerb edges on this junction have been cut but unfortunately the now even taller grasses on the area between the westbound off & on slips has grown even more making it even harder to see vehicles coming too fast down Webland lane onto the roundabout. You have to drive beyond the white dotted line to get a reasonable line of site. please deal with this ASAP.
