Debris not removed from M5 central reservation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6020790.

Large debris consistently laying along the central reserve along this part of the M5. Tyres, road cones, A frames all recently mowed over instead of being removed? Why has large debris not been removed at the same time as the smaller litter has been picked??
