There are no signs to reduce speed

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6012057.

I was driving at night on the M62 and got flashed for speeding between J11 & J10 but I wasnt speeding !! I was going around 72mp. There wasnt any sign to reduce the speed. There was no sign of roadworks either. Is the camera faulty on this junction ???
