Last 3 nights the lights from m3 southbound junction 11 exit slip have held red even with no aproaching vehicles from other junctions

Tuesday early hours still red after 13 mins (no approaching vehicles from different direction) Proceeded through lights with caution

Wednesday early hours still red 8 mins (no approaching vehicle. Vehicles from different direction) proceded through lights with caution

Thursday waited 6mins at early hours still holding solid red - no other vehicles seen again (proceded through with caution )
