Loose manhole cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6009068.

The cover situated on the north bound lane of the A30 on the junction of Tregender Lane at Crowlas has become loose, causing a very annoying sound when being driven over (it is directly opposite my house). It has been apparent for a few weeks.
