Switching of traffic light

Dear All I would like to report traffic lights not working on the A312 northbound that meet the M4 at junction 3 on the parkway. TW5 9RY is the postcode I believe. They switch from red to green very quickly which is leading to a long buildup of traffic. Please can you investigate and fix/rectify Look forward to hear from you Kind regards N Shah
