No gap in the central reservation barrier

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6005767.

An obstruction has been reported by a member of the public to the local highway authority. There is a public footpath either side of the A47 at the location identified. There is no gap in the central reservation to accommodate a safer and easy route for the public to cross, other than having to climb over the barrier. A gap needs to be provided here.
