Updates

  • Thank you for your report of 22 May 2024 about the reinstating of traffic lights on Moor Farm roundabout. We understand your concerns and appreciate the time you’ve taken to contact us about this.

After investigating your enquiry, we can advise that the control cabinet for these lights sustained damage due to a previous road traffic collision. The lights became defunct and so have been removed from operation temporarily. We’ve placed temporary lights in to continue to control traffic flow here.

We’ve now replaced the control cabinet, and the permanent lights are ready to be reinstated. We’re awaiting the removal of the temporary lights and simultaneous turn on of the permanent lights. We’re hopeful this will improve your experience using this roundabout.

Thank you again for contacting us. If there is anything we can help you with, please email or telephone our Contact Centre. They’re available 24 hours a day by phone: 0300 123 5000 or by email info@nationalhighways.co.uk. Alternatively, please visit the National Highways website at nationalhighways.co.uk.

    Kind regards, National Highways
