Multiple deep and complex potholes. M60 ACW between J20 and J19. Road users seen swerving around them, causing dangerous driving conditions and loss of control. Those entering them have sustained damage to suspension components. High risk of litigation. Spread across all 3 lanes.

  • There is no way a Motorway in London would be left it this state. Proper car wrecking surface especially dangerous when increasing speed to 70mph to overtake in the second lane.

    We’re aware of defects in the carriageway at this location. We plan to resurface the area in June 2024. In the meantime, we will attend to make temporary repairs to any hazardous defects and will continue to monitor the location to ensure the road remains safe.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
