Lane control sign for toll not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6001703.

The lane control sign, which would normally tell you which lanes of the toll tunnel are open to use, has not been working for a number of weeks.

Instead on displaying a red cross or green tick the entire sign is flipped grey.
