Overgrown hedge. Fallen tree.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5990412.

Overgrown footpath next to 50mph dual carriageway with no pedestrian barrier. Also fallen tree blocking footpath, meaning walking onto carriageway to get around it.
