Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5990354.

Traffic light post flattened and broken. It's been like this for months, it has hazard tape on it which has been there for so long it's fading. I reported a similarity damaged traffic light to Surrey CC last week, it was replaced and working in three days.
