Centre line of slip road full of potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5988789.

On the southbound slip way to the A34 the centre line of the road has multiple potholes along the complete length, it is neccessary now to drive in the centre of the slip road straddling both lanes to avoid driving over these, this would otherwise make getting up to speed to join the A34 difficult.
