On the A3 just before the slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5987919.

Coming from waterlooville towards petersfield, just before the turning/slip road to clanfield and Charlton there are at least ruts and potholes in the road.not good at higher speed or any speed, needs looking at
