Redundant lights - please switch them off.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5987052.

The traffic lights are now redundant and pointless, Coombes Road and the airport road there now being permanently closed, and pedestrian crossing is now possible at the roundabout), however they are still in operation and causing unnecessary delays. Please switch them off.
