Layby for residents with double yellow lines

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5975849.

I live in the layby which is marked with double yellow lines and we get lorries etc pulling in there for their breaks and cars parking. it is now taking 10/15 minutes to get in flow off traffic even if these have not parked directly in front of drives is there any signs etc to tell them to let us pull in/out of drives as this as been happening for at least 7 years
