Road surface has really bad potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5974347.

The road surface has recently become very bad, and has allot of road damage and some big potholes on the joining slip road to go towards London. This is very bumpy, and needs looking at ASAP before it gets worse
