Growth blocking sightline

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5972191.

As you turn from the slip road, facing East, into Nyton Road the vegetation obscures view. I just had a near miss, as couldn’t see high speed approaching traffic.

  • Thank you for making your report about the length of the vegetation at the Nyton Lane crossover.

    We're currently planning in vegetation cuts to all the crossovers along the A27 and this location is included for maintenance by our service partners within 28 days subject to suitable traffic management. This crossover will be attended on the night of 20 May.

    In the meantime, our safety inspection team will monitor the location.
