Hi im the owner of powis arms ,i had a private company come out and clean my drain,the water is running free now, but there is a pipe feeding my drain from the a483 main rd,this drain has had a lot of work done to it,im guessing all the mud came from this . am i responsible for this if it happens again,its very worrying and cost me 500 pound to sort out,being a pensioner i cant afford to keep doing this
