Uncut grass blocking sightlines and risking fatal accident

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 20:29, Mon 13 May 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5969162.

Grass on central reservation at the Walberton turnoff is now so tall it is obscuring sightlines for traffic trying to turn south onto the Walberton and Yapton turn-off from the eastbound carriageway. The only way to see if there are cars coming from the east is now to move into the westbound carriageway, risking an accident by obstructing the fast lane for westbound traffic. Please arrange for the grass on this central reservation to be cut forthwith to restore safe sightlines and prevent a possible fatal accident.
