The fence that leads to the gates to M3 in the Blackdam estate in Basingstoke is damaged and youths are gaining access through the broken fence and throwing wood on the M3 and causing potential high risk to the road traffic on the M3. The exact location of the broken fence What3words is excuse.boost.online. It has been reported before the issue is still on going and the police is aware of it as its been reported to them as well the RMS ref of the complaint is [phone removed] - youths throwing items onto M3.
