Deep pot holes on junction of a46 with Kings Lane

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category by Pamela Webster at 10:52, Thu 9 May 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5950256.

There are several deep pot holes exactly on the junction of Kings Lane, Snitterfield where it joins the A46. These are dangerous because it’s a busy junction and traffic is very fast moving along the A46 so you need to accelerate out of the junction at a rapid pace of to safely join the traffic. The pot holes viciously shake the vehicle when accelerating over them and if you leave the junction at slow speed to try to avoid vehicle damage then you’re putting the vehicle occupants at risk of being crashed into by the fast moving vehicles already on the carriageway.
