Broken Drain and blocked drain

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5949010.

I live in a grade 2 listed house “Culverdens” London Road Hurst Green. There is constant flooding to the drain/gully just outside my house and it is causing damage to my house as the flood water is flooding down the drive and into the house causing the cellar to flood and causing wood rot in the hallway. Also a broken drain near to this means traffic is extra noisy as it goes over the collapsed drain at 5 am lorry traffic is extremely noisy please can you sort both these problems out asap
