No lights on slip Road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5948616.

There are no lights or lit bollards on the slip Road by Kempton Park, just off the A316. The street lights and bollards in the middle of the road used to work. Its very dark with two vehicle accidents where the bollards were hit due to them being off.
