There is a large depression in the road surface on the hard shoulder and into lane 1. It is about 2 metres by 3 metres and is deep enough in lane 1 to cause vehicles to lurch. It has grown in depth and size in the last 2 weeks.

The depression is likely caused by a failed drain and is now so deep that vehicles are being knocked off track when they hit it. This is really dangerous and could cause a significant crash if an artic loses control when driving over it!!!!!!!!!

To anyone commenting on here, I phoned them and they said an engineer came out to look at it last week.
They said they don't see these updates, so if is a hazard then give them a call and tell them to close the lane.

Hole is still there and difficult to avoid especially when towing a caravan. Will check tyres and submit a claim.
