Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5939301.

Southbound approx. 2 miles north of Bowburn / Durham services turn off. Large bin on wheels in the central reservation which may blow into outside lane.

    We've checked and can confirm the location of this bin is within a junction of our regional operation centre Carville outstation and travelled multiple times a day by traffic officers and contractors.

    If this bin is in situ, it will have been assessed as no danger to live lane and will be cleared under cyclic works.
