Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5935545.

There are loads of old sign frames with sandbags dotted between Dover and Canterbury, these are from previous roadworks. It would be nice if you could remove them and return them to your depot rather than litter the roadside with them.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the redundant traffic management equipment on the A2 east near this location. We have notified our local team of this issue. Where we have identified redundant equipment, then we will look to arrange for this to be removed in partnership with the local authority who is responsible for litter, debris, and street clearance on this section of the A2. However, in some cases traffic management items are left in place for future use or for safety reasons. Kind regards
