PLEASE have plans to trunk the Howdon Interchange! PLEASE I WANT YOU TO TRUNK IT! JUST TRUNK IT i dont want "we’ll continue to consider improvements for the interchange which will provide benefits to both the strategic and the local road network." i dont want the strategic and the local road network to own it just ask north sheilds to let you keep the interchange. i have lots of reasons why you should trunk howdon interchange, you can make big schemes with the junction, you can build better signs, you can fix traffic lights and add it to whole junction, you can resuface it, you can build new road layouts, and you can keep it forever!
