A38-M50 junction Series if potholes and uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5933925.

On exiting the A38 roundabout towards the M50, the slip road road surface is breaking up and pitted with potholes. The previous repair has broken down, leaving a poor driving surface.
