Blocked Drain, lack of maintenance

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5932954.

Driving along the A36 on Thursday 2nd May was shocking. I drove through 3 floods, drains blocked, all along the road side on both sides full of debris and mud and bushes and trees over hanging the road. For the past year or 2 years even no one has made any attempt at maintaining this road. This is major road into Salisbury from Wilton. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IT IS REALLY SHOCKING.
