Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5930089.

These have now been off since Wednesday. This coupled with the diversion from Seghill via this roundabout due to the closure of the level crossing is causing absolute mahem.

This morning I saw 3 near missed and one crash within the space of 30 seconds - this needs to be an urgent priority to fix!
