Underpass at Junction 3 has been flooded all week.

The underpass has been flooded and elderly people and people with children are really struggling to get to school/work/ doctors. I have had to walk to work in a school in wellies all week. Shocking lack of action considering the number of people who use this underpass. And there isn’t any easy alternative route. I haven’t seen anyone making any attempt to make the situation better. A toddler could fall over and drown in all that water. It’s dangerous.
