High grass verge and road work sign obstructing safe visibility leaving our house Malthouse Cottage, old shoreham road

Grass verge and works sign completely obstructing our ability to pull out of our house malthouse cottage, old shoreham road. The grass verge is overgrown which completely block all ability to see traffic driving eastbound on the a27. The position of the road work sign also proves a major hazard to be able to judge if cars are on the road. I avoided a near accident pulling out of my house this morning. I have attempted to reduce the height of the grass verge eastbound a27 to try to prevent a further accident from happening. The work sign should be relocated either at least a further 25 metres closer to the roundabout or better still positioned in the middle of the dual carriage way.
