Why is junction 32 eastbound entry slip advertised to be closed on the website and flashing lights but at 22:30 remains open.

1. Why is junction 32 eastbound entry slip advertised to be closed on the website and flashing lights but at 22:30 remains open. 2. the roadworks that’s out on the road are dangerous. I came out of xscape heading to the m62 on Colorado way in lane 1 with a vehicle at the side of me in lane 2 and as we drove through the lights to join park road I was forced in to the cones. I first thought this was an error so I drove round and watched traffic do the exact same thing, each person that drove through lane 1 was pushed in to the cones. Vehicles coming from castleford down park road had the same fait. Surely you have to abide by some sort of rules when putting out roadworks, this clearly defies every rule
