Pot holes / cracks / dips / uneven

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5922463.

Just as the a34 enters the 50mph zone into Botley by Oxford in the left hand carriage way (travelling north) there is a stretch of road with several pot holes / years in the tarmac where is isn’t even / dips. This is becoming worse and dangerous as drivers are drifting towards the middle of the carriage way / swerving to avoid. I can see previous reports have been marked as closed. The issue needs sorting. Please send someone to investigate and repair. Thank you! :)
