Dead black cat in middle of highway ( nottingham bound) this morning. Cars were weaving around it. I stopped the queuing traffic and moved it to the grass verge at the side of the road

As above Cat had no collar. Advised by local Vets surgery to report to yourselves

    Household pets, such as a dogs and cats, will be retrieved, and we endeavour to reunite pets with their owners if they can be identified through microchips or other identification.
