Deep pothole towards the bottom of slip road from Haslingden A56 Tesco roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5909267.

There is a pothole that has caused significant damage to two of my tyres. On the slip road entering the A56 haslingden towards Accrington direction. This is at the Haslingden Tesco roundabout junction.
