A14 Eastbound Segregated Layby

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5905969.

Please can someone answer why the layby after Copdock Eqstbound prior to the A137 turn off has been closed since the Bridge Inspection works in November 2023. It's a much needed layby for vehicles to.stop.either for short stops or 45 minute or longer breaks & by the layby being closed deprived users of access to wastebins & parking spaces !!!!
