Island Bollard Lights
Reported via iOS in the Not working (NH) category anonymously at 08:00, Sat 27 April 2024
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5904563.
The recently built central island on the A5 at the Heathencote turn has 2 bollards that look like they should light up but aren’t working. It’s quite dark there and the island is difficult to see without them being lit, particularly as the road layout has recently changed there. Could someone pop by and check the fuse, or maybe stick another 50p in the electricity meter please.

The A5 junction with Shutlanger road is still not working correctly. Today a car appearing to go left to Cow pastures roundabout suddenly swung right across me to head down towards Towcester. There is very poor road signage about no right turn, and still plenty of scope for bad driving to happen. There will be an accident soon at this location if not resolved.
