Light AK003 next to T5 spur road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5904389.

The electrical access panel to the light is dangling off the main light structure and connected by a long length of earth wire. This could blow out into vehicles in both fast lanes both anti clockwise and clockwise.
