Traffic lights fault

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5901916.

A49 northbound at asda roundabout i.e heading towards the city centre coming from the south. Traffic lights are only green for a very short period of time meaning that traffic jams are often 2 or 3 miles in the morning for the last 3 days. Have timings been changed to these lights resulting this is a fault? Please investigate. Thanks
