Uneven surface

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category by Ronald Button at 11:15, Fri 26 April 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5901726.

The road surface is subsiding and breaking up. Not significant to look at, but HGVs carrying offshore shipping containers rattle and bang over this area including a couple of manhole covers at the Gunton Church Lane junction. The containers sound like a bomb going off! Which may sound an exaggeration, but when you live alongside the A47 is extremely upsetting. At night it can be a real headache. PLEASE PLEASE do something about it on a permanent basis. It has been patched several times but only lasts a few days. Do it properly and save money
