Inside lane of junction 18 eastbound exit hazardous road surface.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5897492.

Road surface has broken up and is missing from entire width of nearside Lane of the exit slip road, causing vehicles to swerve to avoid the road defect or to drive across it which is very hazordous.
