Road surface rippling and buckling

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5884857.

On the edge of the southbound carriage way the road surface is rippling and buckling to a serious extent and is dangerous for cyclists in particular. This is serious enough to cause a potential danger to cyclist especially if a night and it can't be seen. The damage extends up to about a metre into the road from the curb and over most of the span of the bridge.
