Road surface breaking up and numerous potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5877739.

The stretch of the A5 between the roundabout at Radbrook Road/Porthill Road northwards and o the roundabout at Copthorne Road/Mytton Oak Road is in a very bad condition. The surface on both sides of the road is breaking up and there are many potholes of varying depths.
