Damaged fencing originally reported in 2022 but not actioned

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5874354.

Collapsed palisade fencing around Downside Channel, also Downside trash screen blocked up and spill way needs clearing out . Network Rail would like to Clarify Highways England/National Highways that Network Rail are not maintaining any of this as the whole area is confirmed to be within the freehold of Highways England and was included in a transfer of land on the 6th January 2016 Not actioned since this was originally reported and remain a risk to the public.     If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
